Payment Terms
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking to secure your tour dates. For example, a 10-day trip valued at US $2,500 requires a US $250 deposit, payable 60 days before the start date.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than thirty (30) days before your tour begins. If payment is not received by this date, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel your booking:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund, less the deposit.
- Between 15–30 days before departure: 75% refund of the total tour cost.
- Within 14 days of departure: 50% refund.
- Within 7 days of departure: No refund (the full amount will be forfeited).
If we cancel your tour:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Motorbike Bond
A refundable US $250 bond is required before departure to cover potential damage to the motorbike. This amount will be returned in full at the end of the trip, provided no damage has occurred.
